
Terms of Use
Blueprint Finance is a department of Blueprint University. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, secure client portal, mobile app, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Using our services means you agree
By using our website, secure client portal, mobile app, or booking an appointment (online or in‑office), you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

2) What we do (and don’t do)
We provide financial and document‑related services, including notary services. Unless we both sign a separate engagement agreement, we do not provide legal or tax advice.

3) Your part

Give accurate info and follow the law.

Keep your login safe; tell us right away if there’s a security issue.

Don’t upload anything illegal, harmful, or someone else’s work without permission.
4) Notary specifics (RON & in‑office)
Where allowed by law, we may offer Remote Online Notarization (RON). You agree to ID checks and audio/video recording as required. We may decline a notarial act if identity or willingness can’t be verified or if the law requires us to stop.

5) Booking, payments, and refunds
Prices are shown at booking or in writing. Payments are processed by secure third‑party providers (we don’t store full card numbers). Fees are generally non‑refundable once service starts or time is reserved, unless the law or a written policy says otherwise.

6) Privacy & security
We explain how we handle data in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards (e.g., encryption where applicable), but no system is 100% secure.

7) What you can’t do
No hacking, scraping, spamming, malware, impersonation, reverse engineering, or breaking the law. Don’t try to access areas you’re not allowed to.

8) Our content & your content
Our logos, designs, software, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Your documents remain yours—you give us permission to process them only to provide and protect the Services and to follow the law.

9) If something goes wrong (legal limits)
The Services are provided “as is.” We don’t promise they’ll be perfect or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or special damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 3 months or $500.

10) Ending or changing service
We can suspend/terminate access if these Terms or the law are violated, or for security/risk reasons. We may update features or these Terms; new versions apply when posted.

11) Disputes
Governing law: Texas. Venue: Courts in [County, Texas], unless small‑claims or a separate arbitration agreement applies. No class actions (you bring your own claim only).
