Our Commitment

Blueprint Finance is committed to providing a website, secure client portal, and mobile app that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and follow applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state accessibility requirements.

  • Standards: WCAG 2.1 AA for web, iOS/Android platform guidelines for mobile.

  • Scope: blueprintfinance.com, the secure client portal, and our mobile applications; printed and downloadable PDFs where feasible.

 

What We’re Doing

  • Semantic HTML with appropriate ARIA roles and labels

  • Text alternatives for images and non‑text content

  • Keyboard‑navigable menus and forms with visible focus states

  • Sufficient color contrast and scalable text

  • Captions and/or transcripts for multimedia where applicable

  • Error prevention and clear form validation messages

  • Regular automated scans and human reviews during releases

  • Staff training and accessibility included in our QA checklist

 

Compatibility & Assistive Tech

Our experiences are designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge; and with assistive technologies such as screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and speech‑to‑text tools. Some older browsers or unsupported extensions may impact accessibility.
